President Couey called the meeting to order.
Roll call of Officers: Vice President Todevine, Secretary Iverson, Conductor Francesce and Inner Guard Bryan were absent and excused.
President Couey informed the members present of the recent sick and distressed.
The lodge only had minor damage from Milton, but it was almost $10,000 to remove the damaged trees on the property. I got the best deal I could get. We can not be reimbursed from FEMA for the monies spent on the property clean up. We could not make an insurance claim so we just had to eat the cost.
50/50 was held with $53.00 to the winner.
Chef Bill did an excellent job on the holiday dinner.
Door prizes were given out.
It was great to see new members and family showing up.
If you are planning to attend the December meeting and dinner, you need to RSVP to Rebecca Iverson as soon as you can. We are not just going to waste money on the special dinner, so we need an accurate count. Rebecca can be reached at Youngatheart3225@gmail.com.
