President Couey called the meeting to order at 1900 hrs.
After prayer and pledge of allegiance from Brother Francesce, the lodge was open for transaction of regular business.
Roll call of Officers: The following were absent and excused. Vice President Tosdevine, 2nd Vice President Clamon, Chaplain Smith and Inner Guard Tagliarini.
Secretary report was waived from last meeting by motion.
The treasurer report was given by Treasurer Bordonaro. The accounts are doing well, but per-capita was just paid to the State and National Lodge.
The chaplain’s report was given. Chaplain Richard Smith’s wife passed away. Please keep all of our Brothers and Sisters in your thoughts and prayers.
President Couey presented the proposed Constitution/By-Law changes to the membership present. President Couey opened the floor for discussion, then a vote was held with a unanimous vote. The proposed Constitution/By-Law changes will be mailed to the Florida State Lodge and presented to the Constitution/By-Law committee at the February 2015 conference.
Florida State Lodge President Preston attended the dinner and meeting and addressed the membership.
President Couey opened the floor for nominations for the 2015/2016 term. The current elected board drew no opposition. President Couey will open the floor for nominations at the December 2014 meeting.
Birthday draw was held with no winner.
50/50 drawing was held with $ 53.00 being paid.
Door prizes given out. Special mention, door prizes purchased by FOPA.
The Holiday Dinner was served and it was a great meal.
