President Couey called the meeting to order at 1900 hours
After prayer and pledge of allegiance from Secretary Tiller, the lodge was open for transaction of regular business.
Roll call of Officers: 2nd V.P Clamon, Chaplain Smith and Trustee III Young were absent and excused.
The Secretaries report was waived from the last meeting by motion..
The Treasurers report was given and accepted by motion.
The Chaplain’s report was given, Dean Bradley and Gil Cornett passed away. Please keep all of our Brothers and Sisters in your thoughts and prayers.
Birthday draw was held with no winners.
50/50 drawing was held with $43.00 being paid to Sister Miller.
Door prizes were given out. The 32 inch television was won by Brother Campbell. We had some great door prizes.
Chef Bill did an excellent job on the dinner. We go back to steak at the January meeting.
I hope to see you at the January 9th meeting.
