President Couey called the meeting to order at 1910 hours
After prayer and pledge of allegiance from Chaplain Smith, the lodge was open for transaction of regular business.
Roll call of Officers: Outer Guard Gage, Secretary Tiller, and Trustee Bennett were absent and excused.
The Secretary report was waived from last meeting by motion.
The Treasurer report was waived from the last meeting by motion.
The chaplain’s report was given, please keep all of our Brothers and Sisters in your thoughts and prayers. It was brought to my attention that William Perry passed. Tony Miller was still in the hospital.
Birthday draw was held with no winner.
50/50 drawing was held with $35.00 being paid.
Past President Preston conducted the swearing in of the 2017/2018 Executive Board.
Door prizes were given out. The Christmas draw was held. Brother Young won the television, Brother Seibel took home a fit-bit and Brother Leonard won the fire place entertainment console.
Excellent meal was served by Chef Bill and his staff.
The meeting was closed at 1940 hours.
