President Couey called the meeting to order at 1900 hrs.
Santa arrived to the lodge, greeted the children and passed out gifts.
After prayer and pledge of allegiance from Chaplain Smith, the lodge was open for transaction of regular business.
Roll call of Officers: The following were absent and excused. Conductor Francesce and Inner Guard Tagliarini.
Secretary report was waived from last meeting by motion.
The treasurer report was waived from the last meeting by motion.
The chaplain’s report was given. Chaplain Richard Smith wife passed away. John Lewter passed away, Robert Densmore passed away,Roland Corrales son passed away, Gustavio Garcia passed away, Rae Hunter passed away and retired Chaplain Butner also passed. Please keep all of our Brothers and Sisters in your thoughts and prayers.
President Couey opened the floor for final nominations for the 2015/2016 term. Your board will remain the same with the exception, James Tiller is now the Secretary.
Florida State Lodge President Preston attended the dinner, meeting and initiated swearing in the lodge officers.
Birthday draw was held with no winner.
50/50 drawing was held with $ 65.00 being paid.
Door prizes given out. Special mention – Door prizes purchased by FOPA.
The Holiday Dinner was served and it was a great meal.
