GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING – July 11, 2017

President Couey called the meeting to order at 1900 hours.
After prayer and pledge of allegiance from Chaplain Smith, the lodge was open for transaction of regular business.
Roll call of Officers: Secretary Tiller and Trustee Bennett were absent and excused.
The Secretary report was waived from last meeting by motion.
The Treasurer report was given to the membership present.
The chaplain’s report was given, please keep all of our Brothers and Sisters in your thoughts and prayers.
Birthday draw was held with no winner.
50/50 drawing was held with $42.00 being paid. The monies were donated back to the lodge.
Door prizes given out. The FOPA bought the door prizes and special thanks to the members that donated additional door prizes.
The exterior of the building has been painted and looks awesome. Brother Calvin Young replaced our old fire exit equipment. The lodge has passed all of the inspections required by the State of Florida and Hillsborough County. Great job, Rebecca!
Special thanks to the cooks for a great steak dinner.
President Couey closed the meeting at 1935 hours.
