GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING – October 10, 2017

October 13, 2017

President Couey called the meeting to order at 1920 hours.
After prayer and pledge of allegiance from Chaplain Smith, the lodge was open for transaction of regular business.
Roll call of Officers: 2nd VP Clamon, Treasurer Bordonaro, Outer Guard Gage, Secretary Tiller and Trustee III Young were absent and excused.
The Secretaries report was waived from last meeting by motion.
The Treasurers report was waived from the last meeting by motion.
The Chaplain’s report was given, please keep all of our Brothers and Sisters in your thoughts and prayers.
Birthday draw was held with no winners.
50/50 drawing was held with $39.00 being paid to Brenda Clamon.
Door prizes were given out.
The steak dinner was awesome as usual. Great job by J. R. Miller and Frank Q. Rebecca did a great job.
November’s meeting we will be serving ham and turkey with all of the trimmings as we approach the Holiday season.
I hope to see you at the November 14th meeting.
