President John Couey called the meeting to order at 19:00 hours
After the prayer and pledge of allegiance from Brother Richard Smith, the lodge was open for the transaction of regular business.
Roll call of Officers: All board members were present with the exception of Trustee II Bennett and Secretary Tiller who were excused.
The Secretary report was waived from the last meeting.
The treasurer report was given by Treasurer Bordonaro. The treasurer report is posted.
The Chaplin’s report was given. Please keep all of our Brothers and Sisters in your prayers.
National Trustee Leonard was present and provided information on the various items pertaining to our members from the state and national level.
FOPA will be purchasing door prizes for next meeting.
President Couey thanked the cooks and staff for their time and great job once again. Steak night is over and the lodge will be switching to the traditional ham and turkey holiday dinner for November and December.
President Couey opened up nominations for the 2017/2018 Executive Board. All Board members present drew no opposition from the members present; all current board members were nominated to current positions. Please keep in mind that the members elect the Board for this lodge. Every Executive Board position will remain open until November 8, 2016.
The meeting was closed at 19:35 hours after the closing prayer.
