President John Couey called the meeting to order at 19:45 hours
After the prayer and pledge of allegiance from Brother Gene Leonard, the lodge was open for the transaction of regular business.
Roll call of Officers: All board members were present with the exception of Chaplain Smith who was excused.
The Secretary report was waived from the last meeting.
The treasurer report was given by Treasurer Bordonaro. Current Balance-$10540.00/ outstanding checks-$6241.73.
The Chaplin’s report was given. Please keep all of our Brothers and Sisters in your prayers. Request for updates on Uncle Louie was given.
Secretary Frank Tagliarini provided information on the various bills being proposed in Tallahassee and meeting information from the State Meeting.
Brother Chris Remmelle updated on upcoming events and dates. Information given on the District 3 scholarship fund tickets.
FOPA will be purchasing door prizes for next meeting.
President Couey thanked the cooks and staff for their time and great job once again.
President Couey opened up nominations for the 2013/2014 Executive Board. All Board members present drew no opposition from the members present; all current board members were nominated to current positions. Please keep in mind that the members elect the Board for this lodge. Every Executive Board position will remain open until November 13, 2012.
The meeting was closed at 20:10 hours after the closing prayer.
